Q:What is Birthday Popper Return policy?
A: We have "No Questions Asked" return policy. We offer easy replacement for all products sold under certain conditions which are mentioned below:
In case of any manufacturing defect, customers may notify us within 72 hours from the delivery. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
Defects will be replaced or refunded. If you don not like the products send it back to us.
Products to be returned have to be shipped to our store by the customer.
The courier charges for the returns will have to be borne by the customer.
The amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes will be credited to your Birthday Popper account as Voucher Code. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the refund amount is in your account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy a new products. The credited amount will be valid for 1 year.

Q:When are returns refund is not possible?
A:There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, which are:
If the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Items that are returned without original packaging.
If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
Products that may/have been tampered.
Q:How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
A:Once the resolution is set for refund, we will take 10 -12 days for the refund.
Refund amount in form of voucher will be credited into your Birthday Popper Account. Refund will be done after deducting the actual shipping cost incurred by the website to the customer.
Q:How do I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team (+91-8884611144) before your order is shipped.
Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
In case your order has been "Shipped" and you want a cancellation, products have to be shipped back to our store by the customer.
