Q:What is Birthday Popper Return policy?
We have "No Questions Asked" return policy. We offer easy replacement for all products sold under certain conditions which are mentioned below:
- In case of any manufacturing defect, customers may notify us within 72 hours from the delivery. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
- Defects will be replaced or refunded.
- After you receive the products, if you are not completely satisfied with the products, you can return all the items(part returns are not accepted) in the order to us in the unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Products to be returned have to be shipped to our store by the customer and the shipping charges borne by the customer.
- Refund will be made after deducting the actual shipping cost borne by the company.

Q:When are returns not possible?
A:There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, which are:
- If the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Items that are returned without original packaging.
- If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
- Products that may/have been tampered.
Q:How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
- Once the resolution is set for refund, we will take 10 -12 days for the refund.
- Refund will be made after deducting the actual shipping cost.
- Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
